Content & Flexibility

The site can contain as much text and as many links and pictures etc. as you like. Our aim is to provide a start-up site to be built on over time as your company grows and evolves, therefore we will update your site as often as you wish provided it does not involve redesigning your site.

At Ovata Design we believe in what you want is what you get. Therefore we do not do set packages. Our customers have the freedom to choose the number of pages they need, with the added option of always being able to add content as and when required.

Ovata Design does not tie you in to any annual contracts or long term agreements.

W3C

We would advise your site is W3C compliant. If you request content that is not valid we will let you know. We are happy to design your site to your specifications but hold no responsibility for non-compliance. For more information please visit the W3C site.

Hosting comes with unlimited web Space, unlimited email accounts and unlimited monthly traffic, allowing your site to grow with your business with no unexpected price increases. Quite simply, any standard web site is just £5 per month and e-commerce sites are just £10 per month.

Web Stats

Discover how visitors actually interact with your site with our statistical reports and analysis. Web Site Statistics and Analysis are available for existing customers. An essential tool to analyse how your web site is working for you, we will send reports and statistical analysis to you as often as you require.

Updates & Maintenance

Regular updates & maintenance are essential to keep your site up to date and competitive. A website is one of the most important and powerful marketing tools for your business. To help with this process Ovata Design offers unlimited updates to your site. We will alter/add pages, links, text, pictures and generally update and upgrade your site as often as you require.

Your web site should grow, expand and evolve with your business. It should reflect your business, providing accurate up to date details to both your current and potential customers.

Please note, your regular updates do not include redesigns.

Once we receive a request to make an update to a site, we will carry out the work within 24 hours. The first six months of your updates are free. After this time, if you request no updates there will be no fees.

Although it is possible to offer self management of your web site it is our goal to do the work for you, freeing you up to focus on running your business. A quick email is all it takes to get your site updated within 24 hours. We aim to achieve this by keeping update costs genuinely low.
